Jimby makes his Chocolate Banana Bread

This time a Recipe from Cousin James Jimby in Tulsa. Trouble is he likes it so much and tends to eat it too quickly. Then he is poorly for a few days.

I made this all by myself except for putting it in the very hot oven. We Jimbys have to be carefull of our fur getting singed. Within an hour all was done and it tasted smashing.

Jimby checks the bananas

First I got the list of ingredients and checked the bananas.

Jimby makes sure he has everything ready

With a drink in my new 'I Heart Jimby Mug' I got everything ready.

Jimby sifts the flour

You have to sift the flour to make sure there are no lumps.

Jimby stirs it all up

Then I mixed all the dry things togethe

Jimby checks the bananas

This was the good part getting the bananas ready.

Jimby mashes the bananas

I had great fun mashing them into a pulp.

Jimby mixes in the egg and butter

In went the egg, butter and bananas.
